G & G Equestrian Center is a Property that my Partner Angelika Trabert of Frankfurt, Germany and I have bought. The property will be built and available for Lease by March. 2001.

The Property is 25.22 Acres, located in Barberville, FL, the exact location being Hwy 17 and Hwy 40. G & G sits in a private 2,100 Acre parcel, which is 45 minutes from Ocala, FL and also 25 minutes from Daytona Beach, FL.

You will have access to the private 38 ACRE Lake. This is a gated community called "BLACK BEAR RANCH". The facility will have a 9 Stall Barn, Wash Racks, and Arena, with additional ammenities as the property progresses. If interested, please email me.

UPDATE: The WATER & ELECTRIC are installed at the facililty. Also a Bright outdoor light on the Pole - don't sound like much, but to us it is GREAT!! : ) And, Bull Dozer work is complete. The front 15 acres is Smooth and clear of all stumps and FENCING will begin as soon as possible. We are On the WAY! Now that the Circle Driveway is IN.... : ) the Proeprty is much more accessable.... things are slow but moving toward completion.
